Maldives Apex Encounters Adventure

I had the pleasure of joining Nikki on the Ocean Giants retreat in the Maldives and also on the freediving retreat in Gozo as well as doing my beginner freediving qualification at the start of the year. Every trip with Nikki is an unforgettable experience and every time it comes to an end , I think I speak for everyone here , nobody wants it to end . With Nikki you don’t just get professionalism, skills and confidence but you also gain an experience with ocean creatures that is out of this world and friendships that will last a lifetime.

Joining Nikki’s freediving liveaboard in the southern Red Sea was honestly one of the most special experiences I’ve ever had. The atmosphere on board was just beautiful — everyone was so kind, open, and easygoing. It felt like a little family from day one, full of laughter, good talks, and so much positive energy. The diving itself was incredible. We spent a lot of time in the water with wild dolphins who were so curious and playful — some of them came right up to us, swam alongside us, or wanted to play. It was pure magic to be that close to them, completely free and natural. And of course, the Red Sea is just stunning: warm, clear water, colorful corals, and so many beautiful kinds of fish, plus the occasional ray, turtle, and moray eel. This trip was honestly food for the soul. I came back home feeling calm, happy, and deeply grateful for the people I met and the memories we made.

Nikki organized an outstanding freediving trip to Egypt, handling every detail with professionalism and care. Her expertise and dedication created a seamless, enjoyable, and truly memorable experience.

We went with Nikki to a liveaboard in the Red Sea. It will certainly remain as one of my most memorable experiences. The crew of the boat were local, whith whom everyone felt very safe. Very friendly and hospitable people. I will remember the snaks and the best mangos too.

A few years ago, I booked Nikki’s trip to Egypt on a bit of a whim. It was her first one so I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but it ended up being the most incredible week at sea, playing with dolphins every day. A year later, I went on her Maldives trip too, and I can’t put into words the beauty of all we saw. All I can say is, if you’re not ready to go to stunning dive spots, meet likeminded people, cry at the all the wildlife you’ll encounter, and feel both peaceful and energized, these trips aren’t for you. But if you are, what are you waiting for?

So far i’ve been on every single one of Nikki’s trips and each one has brought me to tears! So many pinch me moments I still can’t believe I got to experience! I always feel like a princess on these trips, I just book the flights and Nikki sorts everything else ✨ They left me with countless memories and friendships to last a lifetime, I’ll definitely be back for more 🫶🏽

I’ve known Nikky only a bit over a year. Did my free diving course with her as a retreat and it was enough to drag me into going other retreats with her and other people who are passionate about the sea and everything about it. Since then i’ve been twice yo the Maldives on two seperate snd different retreats and loved every minute of both of them. Went to Egypt too for a whole week on a sailing boat, sleeping under the stars, waking up in a quiet paradise, swim with dolphins and having amazing real food daily. Best part is no cell signal for a whole week so everyone just bonds. The Maldives is every sea lover’s dream. There is so much to say about the experiences i had over there. From a girls trip to meeting random people. Seen all kinds of fish and creature. It’s just the best trips i ever had. Totally worth every cent

I had the absolute privilege of joining the Egypt freediving retreat in 2023, and I honestly can’t even find the words to do this experience justice. This wasn’t just a trip; it was a life-changing investment in myself. What touched me the most was the deep connection we created with the dolphins — swimming among hundreds of them, feeling their presence, and sharing those moments of pure eye contact that went straight to the soul. It’s something you can’t really describe until you live it: the way they recognize you, the joy of playing together, and the strange sadness you sense when they don’t have that interaction

Back in 2023, I went with Nikki on her diving trip to Egypt, and honestly, it’s still one of my all-time favorite adventures. The dives were incredible, the group bonded so well, and the people were amazing. Add in the great food, the sweetest crew, and how smoothly everything was organized, it was unforgettable. I think about that trip all the time!
