Throughout these terms and conditions, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refers to Nicola Muscat, sole proprietor of this website branded as “Liquid Odyssea” and holder of VAT number MT26914608. Throughout these terms and conditions, the term “this site”, refers to this website. By using this site via Mobile Application (Mobile App) or via a Web Browser (Internet Browser) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site.
General Terms
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Online Store Terms
You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases from this website.
Order Cancellation
Our cancellation policy applies if a cardholder makes a purchase payable by credit card or debit card and requests order cancellation within 48 hours however, if our services would have already been initiated the cancellation cancellation will anyhow not be possible. In a situation where cancellation is possible we will refund you by means of store credit applicable through the use of a coupon code generated specifically for you. We only accept cancellation requests via email, and these must be made by replying to the original order info email sent to you via our website. When applicable, the coupon code with the store credit will be sent to you by return reply.
Refunds
In the event that we decide to terminate a service due to an unforeseen event on our end a refund will be provided. When applicable, refunds are processed within 30 days from a written request by means of store credit (coupon code). Store credit (coupon code) may then be used to re-purchase the service or product at a later date. To make a refund request you need to reply to our initial order info email, in other words the original email sent to you when you placed the order.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, Europe.
Limited Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services.
